Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years progressive experience in managing and leading a team (preferred but not required).
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in making accurate reports.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, KPI’s and evaluate personnel performance.
• Prepare and submit required operations reports on a daily basis.
• Lead, supervise civil registry associates on site.
• Handle escalations of field office operations issues with respective Regional Operations Lead.

Education

Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred

2+ years progressive experience in managing and leading a team
