GECO Asia Pte. Ltd in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support legal documentation, contract review, and treasury-related administrative functions. You will coordinate reports, maintain compliance records, and assist operational and financial processes with accuracy.
The role includes supervising a small team, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance across various contract types, including real estate and insurance agreements.

The role also involves coordinating reports, maintaining compliance records, and supporting operational and financial processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
People Management
Supervise and monitor the KPIs of a small team (1–3 members).
Train and support new specialists and contract staff.
Legal & Contract Support
Review contracts such as real estate and insurance agreements and highlight key provisions.
Conduct legal, factual, and records research.
Identify relevant information from multiple sources.
Organize, analyze, cross-check, and validate information.
Prepare written reports and summaries.
Draft legal documents including agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
Prepare legal correspondence and documentation.
Review and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update databases and filing systems for legal documents.
Administrative & Treasury Support
Ensure payment runs are finalized prior to month-end.
Monitor supplier and employee banking information to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Initiate data cleansing for supplier and employee records, especially banking details.
Handle foreign exchange transactions and process foreign payments in coordination with local business units.
Prepare FX reports on realized and unrealized gains/losses for submission to the Regional Treasury Team.
Prepare cash flow reports in collaboration with local business units and submit them to the Regional Treasury Team.
Prepare and submit NFP reports according to the reporting schedule.
Consolidate information for the monthly Balanced Scorecard reporting.
Operational & Reporting Support
Manage and update leave, overtime, and offset applications in Peoplecore.
Track and update man-hours based on actual time spent per process.
Review and update team members’ man-hours for FSSC billing charges.
Support project implementations by providing process documentation, data support, and conducting UAT testing.
Document UAT results and testing outcomes.
Conduct self-evaluations based on defined performance targets.
Provide audit support by gathering required documents and addressing audit-related inquiries.
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience working with or reviewing different types of contracts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
