Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University is seeking a Project Staff for Data Management Support to assist in gathering, cleansing, and consolidating institutional data. You will help design dashboards, generate reports, and create user guides under guidance from the Data Management Head.

The role emphasizes data processing, analysis, and ensuring data quality for evidence-based decisions across the University. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Data Science/IT/Management/Economics/Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in data management, data processing, data analysis, reporting, BI, or dashboards.
• Experience with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, lookups) and Google Data Studio is advantageous.
• Experience with institutional or educational data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, validate, and consolidate institutional data from multiple sources.
• Process, organize, and maintain datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
• Support design, development, testing, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Prepare summary reports and analytical narratives highlighting key findings.
• Develop and update dashboard documentation and user guides.
• Monitor data quality and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Data Management Head and team on initiatives and reporting processes.
