Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an Associate in its Data Management team to support multiple projects and drive data initiatives. You will bridge IT and business, profiling data, documenting requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions in an agile setting.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, analyze data, and help define onboarding approaches for new data domains while maintaining metadata and reporting insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in management consulting, banking, capital markets, or financial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects through lifecycle, including scope and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate across business, operations, and technology to elicit requirements and plans.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories with stakeholders.
• Perform preliminary data analysis and identify authoritative sources.
• Utilize SQL for data profiling, validation, and lineage analyses.
• Define and document business data elements with clear definitions.
