Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an Associate to provide day‑to‑day operational support for DTCC environment management activities. You will handle incidents, service requests, and standard operations under established procedures to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Production Support.
• Good understanding of incident, request, and change management processes.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments.
• Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring).
• Execute runbook-based activities and health checks.
• Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed.
• Support application teams during testing and deployments.
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.
