Job summary

Scriptmed, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – IT to manage data reporting and analysis while delivering IT and technical support. You will prepare and validate sales and operational reports, analyze data, and support management decisions.

The role also maintains IT infrastructure and helps optimize processes for efficiency. Ideal candidates have a degree in IT/Data Analytics, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI for dashboards and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in IT, CS, IS, or Data Analytics.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or IT role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate sales and operational reports.
• Analyze business data and support management decisions.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, equipment, systems, networks, and backups.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality for reporting.
• Identify data quality issues and propose process improvements.
• Produce ad hoc data analyses for management.
• Provide technical IT support and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate with Accounting on sales reporting and incentives.
