Cardinal Santos Medical Center seeks a Data Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI dashboards, data pipelines, and analytical models across the organization.
You will work with Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, and Looker, build and optimize ETL workflows, implement data validation, and partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions.
JOB SUMMARY:
Serves as a Data Analytics Specialist responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise business intelligence (BI) dashboards, data pipelines, and analytical models across the organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards, operational reports, and executive scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
Architect, update, and optimize automated Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL/ELT) workflows to ingest structured and unstructured data from transactional databases, cloud data lakes, and third-party APIs into central data warehouses
Design and optimize star-schema and snowflake relational data models to maintain performant querying, indexed analytics tables, historical snapshots, and aggregated metrics across enterprise data repositories
Implement rigorous automated data validation, anomaly detection, and reconciliation routines to maintain high data accuracy and consistency
Execute complex SQL queries, analytical scripts, and statistical profiling to evaluate operational trends and investigate data discrepancies
Apply statistical methods, regression models, trend forecasting, and exploratory data analysis using Python or R to identify patterns and forecast resource requirements
Enforce strict data privacy and security protocols across reporting and storage layers, adhering to enterprise access control policies and regulatory standards such as the Data Privacy Act
Embed automated data validation gates, reconciliation scripts, and peer review processes to eliminate reporting inaccuracies prior to production deployment
Collaborate with departmental leaders, business analysts, and systems developers to translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications and actionable reporting models
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative fields
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Engineer in enterprise environments
Advanced proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including Window Functions and Stored Procedures
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Looker
