Qualifications

• At least a graduate of any IT-related course.
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Knowledgeable in SAP, data management, file organization, and reporting.
• With strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures data integrity of the information acquired from customers which will be encoded to the CIS form.
• Accomplishment of Customer Profile in SAP.
• Trouble shooting and resolving technical issue of the branch.
• Evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.
• Maintenance and daily upload of the CIS form with the company Google Drive.
• Maintains harmonious relationships with other departments, distributors and other dealers.
• Attend meetings and training required by Management and Distributor.
