Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading Philippines-based offshoring provider, is seeking a Data Analyst to join its onsite team in Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga. You will develop and maintain reports, build dashboards, monitor the unattended retail network, and troubleshoot data issues to drive informed business decisions.

You will analyze trends, support automation, and work with ERP/CRM/POS systems to improve operational performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and Power Query.
Experience analyzing business data to identify trends and opportunities.
Experience working with ERP/CRM/POS systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, promotions, costs, profitability, KPIs, and scorecards.
Build dashboards that transform data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Monitor health and performance of unattended retail network using dashboards and analytics tools.
Monitor POS systems, payment terminals, and connected devices for outages and issues.
Perform first-level investigations and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Escalate technical issues with clear documentation and track incidents to resolution.
Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
Support automation initiatives and continuous reporting improvements.
