Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management within banking/finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to drive policy adoption and build cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with partners to establish policy adoption plans, compliance metrics, communications and training.
• Lead business analysis to collect, analyze and document needs, aligning to governance standards.
• Contribute to Data Governance and Data Risk standards and ensure proper documentation.
• Support Data Transformation projects as SME in data policies.
• Lead roles/responsibilities for data across businesses and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate to ensure milestones, report risks, and adapt plans as needed.
• Capture requirements, deliver plans and manage lifecycle of metrics and reports.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, Citigroup policies, and ethical standards.
