Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Team Leader for Data Entry and AI Compliance (Onsite) in Quezon City. You will lead a team of Data Entry specialists, coach and mentor members, and drive accuracy and efficiency in handling AI compliance reviews and back-office workflows. Start ASAP with a focus on SLAs and data integrity.

You will manage performance, provide guidance, and coordinate training to ensure team success and client satisfaction. Onsite sanctum setup and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, back-office, or related roles.
• 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably in a call center or shared services.
• Experience with client-facing interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Data Entry specialists to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Set clear expectations and align goals with organizational priorities.
• Coach and mentor team members to boost skills and performance.
• Address issues and performance concerns promptly and effectively.
