• Prepare and send job status, forecast and reports.
• Handle inquiries, respond to updates, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness and quality standards.
• Provide support during peak periods and assist other functions as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as required.
