Job summary

LCC Group of Companies seeks a highly analytical Data Engineering Supervisor to drive data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions. You will analyze complex data sets, develop statistical and ML models, and bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.

You will oversee BI and RPA initiatives, supervise developers, manage server deployments, and present high-impact findings to stakeholders to support critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data science, BI, or automation, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Review & Project Leadership: Analyze and sign off on BRD for BI and RPA, identify automation potential via PoCs, and delegate projects to developers.
• Data Engineering & Architecture: Coordinate database connections, build QVDs from sources, map relationships, and ensure data cleaning and validation.
• BI Dashboard Development & Deployment: Design, script, and build Qlik dashboards, publish to Production, and present to stakeholders to support decisions.
• RPA Development & Monitoring: Build automation bots, perform UAT, deploy to production with schedules, and monitor daily transactions.
• System Maintenance & Administration: Oversee BI and RPA servers, manage streams, access, licenses, performance, and bot trends.
