Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal secretarial education or equivalent training and experience.
• Strong command of English and good communication skills.
• Proficient typing and organisational abilities.
• Experience with crewing software and data management systems.
• Familiarity with Adonis HR Crewing System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Following up on general correspondence.
• Maintaining records of crew documents in the company designated Data system.
• Maintaining other records and details in the company designated Data system.
• Communicate with crewing sources and agencies to obtain required documents for processing in the computerised system.
• Being adequately conversant with the Company’s Management System.
• Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System.
• Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures.
• Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement.
• Familiarity with the Adonis HR Crewing System is an advantage.
• Any other special tasks as may be assigned.
