Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing and designing telecom networks across RAN, Transport, Core, OM and Services domains.
• Ability to translate customer needs into valuable service offerings and proposals.
• Strong data-driven approach to identify root causes and improve engineering outcomes.
• Familiarity with cost estimates for service proposals, including travel and tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical issues across multiple network domains, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand opportunities, business needs, and technology challenges.
• Gather and clarify customer requirements directly or through RFQs.
• Define the scope of work for network design and optimization services.
• Prepare cost-of-sales estimates for service proposals, including workforce, tools, travel, and other expenses.
• Document and present detailed service offerings that clearly demonstrate customer value.
• Apply data usage, analytics tools, frameworks, and automation to improve engineering and service-delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and share knowledge to support high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
