Job summary

APPEN SERVICES PHILIPPINES is seeking a highly analytical Project Coordinator to support daily project operations with a focus on data analysis, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination in Cavite City area. You will transform data into actionable insights, identify performance drivers, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

The role collaborates with Project Manager and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, or data analysis is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site (Imus or Bacoor).

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Performance Insights: collect, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; conduct root-cause analyses; develop dashboards and reports.
• Training & Knowledge Management: assist in designing and delivering training programs; support development of Team Leaders in data analysis and performance management.
• Project Reporting & Coordination: prepare regular performance reports; ensure clear communication between Project Manager and teams; coordinate activities and monitor deliverables.
• Process Optimization & Operational Support: implement process improvements; support onboarding of new Team Leaders; monitor daily operations and quality checks; assist in project bidding and quotations.
