Job summary

Insight is seeking a Category Project Coordinator in Manila to support Category Managers with internal sales reporting, analysis, and market trend data. The role blends analytical rigor with project management and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and automation.

You will partner with Category Management, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to align on business priorities, drive process improvements, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic business environment focusing on analysis and reporting, plus at least 2 years of advanced administrative or related experience.
• Adaptability to thrive in rapidly changing requirements and tight operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers, risk registers, and status updates to ensure accountability and visibility.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and escalating concerns as needed.
• Track project progress, milestones, and success metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives, remove roadblocks, and drive project momentum.
