Job summary

APPEN SERVICES PHILIPPINES is seeking a Project Manager to lead our AI training data projects in Cavite, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end delivery, client engagement, and team oversight for large-scale annotation operations in Bacoor/Imus City. This full-time role offers career growth within our dynamic Project Delivery & Operations Team.

The ideal candidate excels in leadership, communication, and QA, and will drive KPIs and stakeholder management across global time zones.

Qualifications

PMP certification is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PM software.
Relevant experience as a Project Manager in the AI/Information & Communication Technology industry.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle of Data Annotation/AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high performance.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships to enhance satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze requirements, develop strategic plans, and oversee implementation.
Manage onsite teams with potential to scale up to 200+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Design and implement QA frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Define KPIs and introduce incentive programs to drive team motivation and excellence.
Maintain clear and timely communication across global time zones.
Effectively onboard and mentor new Team Leads.
Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
