eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Social Ads Analyst to build, launch, optimize, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns in a fast-paced environment. You will use Meta Ads Manager to implement audience targeting, ad creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies, and monitor performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, are essential to deliver timely, high-quality results and meet SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data-driven adjustments to audiences, placements, creatives, and budgets.
• Execute campaign setup updates, offboarding activities, ad launches, and change requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, SLA requirements, and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders while staying updated on Meta Ads platform enhancements and policies.
