RELX is a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools that help professionals make better decisions. Our Manila team seeks a Fulfillment Coordinator to review data and execute client-defined processes with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, meeting productivity and quality targets, and identifying process improvements to support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) or at least 2nd year college completed (with no back subjects/incomplete units)
• At least 1-2 years BPO experience
• Above average to Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA is a plus.
• Experience in using CRM and other similar applications or tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management.
• Ensure defined productivity targets are met.
• Ensure defined quality targets are met.
• Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise.
• Reports process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Creating and finishing projects assigned by the client.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in completing projects.
• Review submissions.
