1902 Software Development Corporation is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Officer to grow our brand, products, and customer base through effective digital marketing and product communications. You will plan campaigns, manage channels, support launches, and use data to improve performance.

You'll work with leadership and cross-functional teams, receive structured training on product knowledge, and utilize modern digital marketing tools to drive engagement and results across regional markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
• Hands-on with social media marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and analytics

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Manage and grow our social media, website, and other digital channels
• Create and coordinate engaging social media content, articles, videos, product communications, and promotional materials
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives
• Own and maintain product messaging, positioning, branding, website content, store listings, and release communications
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and SEO metrics, and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across marketing, leadership, development, QA, design, and other teams
• Support lead generation and customer engagement, working with Sales and other teams to improve conversion
• Support enterprise client onboarding, product training, and customer communications as needed
• Help maintain knowledge-base documentation, product information, and other customer-facing resources
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and other partners when required
