Job summary

Straive is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Finance & Treasury team, driving AI and automation adoption across processes. You will bridge Finance and Technology, translating business needs into working solutions and delivering validated POCs for deployment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid prototyping, and strong communication with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and Tech. Hybrid work setup preferred in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with AI tools, automation platforms (RPA, low-code/no-code) and quick to learn new tech.
• Collaborative by nature, capable of building relationships across Finance, Treasury and Tech.
• Analytical and curious, able to break down complex finance/treasury processes to spot automation value.
• Builder mindset: hands-on, experimental, and comfortable with ambiguity to prototype and iterate.
• Strong communicator who translates business needs to technical concepts and aligns stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into Finance and Treasury workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Partner with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand processes and outcomes.
• Design, build, and iterate on POCs and prototypes using AI/automation tools.
• Validate solutions with business users and refine based on feedback.
• Prepare validated POCs for handoff to Tech, ensuring review, scalability, and deployment.
