Job summary

MLQU is seeking a Career Placement and Development Coordinator / Psychometrician to design, implement, and manage integrated career and employability programs within the Center for Student Affairs and Wellbeing. You will support student welfare and outcomes by ensuring competencies, opportunities, and support systems for a successful transition from education to employment.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, career services, or student development is preferred.
• Familiarity with labor market trends and employability frameworks.
• Knowledge of digital tools for career development and data analytics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and facilitate programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employability and placement outcomes using a structured tracer system.
• Analyze labor market trends to inform program development.
• Conduct career orientation and job readiness sessions.
• Disseminate information on government requirements for workforce entry.
• Maintain partnerships with industry, government, alumni, and organizations.
• Prepare and maintain career placement reports and internship documentation.
• Provide non-clinical Psychological First Aid when needed.
