Job summary

GainStrong is seeking an After Sales Staff - Data Analysis to collect and consolidate market data from all 3S branches, and maintain an organized database for quick access. You will analyze trends, customer preferences and service performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include preparing management reports, developing actionable recommendations, handling customer and dealer inquiries, and supporting service operations in line with company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate market data collected by the area controller from all 3S branches.
• Regularly update and maintain an organized database of market information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings and insights for management review.
• Develop actionable recommendations and proposals to improve service operations based on data analysis and system monitoring.
• Attend phone calls/inquiries from customers and dealers; support to service operations.
• Follow company IMS policy, PPE, health, environment, HIRAC, and Warranty Procedures & Guidelines.
• To perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
