• POSITION: Data Conversion Production and Mapping Supervisor

• WORK SETUP: On-site Operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead document digitization, optical character recognition (OCR), and mapping team workflows

• Monitor production output targets, error rates, data entry quality, and mapping accuracy

• Manage team shift schedules, scan equipment allocation, and daily processing reports

• Conduct workflow audits and resolve data conversion discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Information Management, or related field

• At least 3+ years experience in data entry operations, document digitization, or mapping processes

• Proven supervisory skills and strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools

• Ability to manage high-volume production operations and team SLAs
