Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: minimum 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role within a BPO or data-centric operation.
• Domain expertise: strong grasp of the data conversion lifecycle (ETL, schema mapping, validation).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, IT, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Skills: strong analytical, process-mapping, and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Data Lifecycle Oversight: manage end-to-end transformation, mapping, cleansing, and validation workflows across structured and unstructured datasets.
• Process & SLA Optimization: analyze client specs to streamline pipelines, implement automation, shorten turnarounds, and maintain strict SLA/data governance standards.
• Team Leadership: direct, mentor, and capacity-plan for team leaders and data specialists to meet high accuracy and throughput targets.
• Client Management: serve as an operational contact for client reports, project updates, and quality improvement initiatives.
