Responsibilities

• Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the 'in-country' data center.
• Oversee and resolve all onsite operational incidents and major issues.
• Document and update all requests on the internal web portal ticketing system.

Skills

Knowledge of M&E and Network Critical Infrastructure
