Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a DC Solutioning and Provisioning Expert in the Philippines to design and implement secure, scalable data center solutions. You will support end-to-end provisioning, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining high service quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in data center solutioning or related fields, with ITIL and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
3–5 years in data center solutioning, provisioning, or related fields.
Experience in technology, telecommunications, or data center industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Design and develop customized data center solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Assist end-to-end provisioning, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely provisioning of data center services.
Provide technical support during the solution design and provisioning phases, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure requirements are met through effective solution design.
Ensure provisioning activities comply with industry standards and company processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution design, provisioning processes, and technical specifications.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and mitigate risks.
