Job summary

Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. seeks a Solutions Engineer - Data Center to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale data center solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, and project stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable architectures that meet business goals. Responsibilities include site surveys, requirements gathering, design and integration of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and security; testing, optimization, and post-deployment support;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE/Computer Engineering/CS/IT or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in data center environments or enterprise IT projects.
• Hands-on with Cisco, Nutanix, HPE, or Huawei platforms.
• Strong networking, virtualization, storage, and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center and infrastructure solutions from planning to deployment.
• Conduct site surveys, assessments, and requirements gathering to identify customer needs.
• Design, deploy, configure, and integrate data center technologies including networking, compute, storage, and security.
• Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
• Present solutions to customers at technical and management levels.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and training to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, project management, and operations to align solutions with business goals.
