• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on generators, HVAC systems, pumps, blowers, and other electro-mechanical support equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment failures, which may involve working with generator sets, AC units, pumps, and motor controls.
• Equipment Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring of equipment performance, including load monitoring of electrical distribution systems and checking temperatures and water levels in tanks.
• Troubleshooting: Use knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and robotic systems to diagnose and resolve issues with complex machinery.
• Repairs: Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or rebuild defective parts in electrical devices and mechanical equipment.
