Access Care Proactive Health is seeking a Data Associate to support reporting, analytics, and operations across the organization. You will maintain accurate operational data, prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership, and assist with CRM administration and business-system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Business Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with business systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Ability to organize, validate, and interpret operational data.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new software and technologies.
• Experience with Airtable, CRM platforms, SQL, Power BI, WordPress, or similar applications is an advantage.
