Westside Resort in Parañaque is seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to conduct performance analyses for table games, slot machines, and hotel operations. You will build dashboards, deliver insights, and support data-driven decisions across Gaming, Hotel, F&B, and Finance teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders. Experience with Tangam and Walker Digital is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Responsabilidades

• Performs detailed analyses of table games and slot machine performance using key metrics to identify trends and anomalies
• Generates hotel performance analysis (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, demographics, booking trends) to drive revenue growth and guest retention
• Analyzes F&B revenue streams using metrics like sales, COGS, net profit, patronage and table turnover
• Collaborates with Gaming, Hotel, F&B, and Finance to integrate analytics into decision-making
• Constructs and presents performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Identifies strategic recommendations on slot and table movements to maximize revenue
• Analyzes project briefs for ROI, payback, and cost-benefit on gaming initiatives
• Prepares business cases and financial forecasts to support capex decisions for gaming floor upgrades
• Assists in training needs and recommends learning opportunities for stakeholders
• Manages analytics tools (Tangam, Walker Digital) to optimize resource allocation and operations

About the role

The Data & Analytics Specialist conducts performance analysis, identifying trends, and assisting in optimizing operational efficiency. This role contributes to game performance evaluations, financial assessments, and reinvestment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support the analytics team and stakeholders in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Performs detailed analyses of table games and slot machine performance, utilizing key metrics to identify trends and anomalies through data visualization and statistical modeling

• Generates hotel performance analysis using key metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest demographics, booking trends) to deliver strategic insights for revenue growth and guest retention

• Creates in-depth analysis of Food & Beverage (F&B) revenue streams, utilizing key metrics like sales performance, COGS, net profit, customer patronage, and table turnover

• Works closely with Gaming, Hotel, F&B, and Finance teams to integrate data analytics into decision-making processes

• Constructs and presents performance reports and dashboards, offering stakeholders data-driven insights for strategic decisions

• Identifies strategic recommendations on slot machine and table movements, reductions, or additions to maximize revenue

• Analyzes project briefs for slot and table games, applying financial modeling techniques such as ROI calculations, payback periods, and cost-benefit analysis

• Prepares business cases and financial forecasts to support capital expenditure decisions related to gaming floor enhancements and new technology implementations

• Assists in training needs and recommends learning and training opportunities for stakeholders to ensure their continuous professional development

• Manages and utilizes analytical tools such as Tangam and Walker Digital, providing insights that enhance resource allocation and operational effectiveness

About you
