Responsibilities

• Restructure analytics tables to ensure consistency and fast retrieval across the firm.

• Conduct price elasticity analyses and design experiments to test hypotheses.
• Automate weekly and monthly reporting to surface insights and show the impact.

Responsibilities

• The role willreport directly to Senior Leadershipandoffer high exposure to the executive leadership team, working on strategic priorities.
• There will belimited repetitive or process-based work. The majority of the focus will be on projects that deliver real business impact.
• Projects willvary in nature, scope, and duration, making this role ideal for candidates whoenjoy variety and tackling new challenges.
• Example projects could include:
• Restructuring our analytics tables to ensure consistency across the firm, fast retrieval, and user-friendly creation of new metrics.
• Diagnosing issues with our sales funnel and working with our sales team to improve processes, including AI-automated solutions where possible.
• Building a churn-prediction model that will help us to pre-emptively engage with customers at critical junctures.
• Conducting price elasticity analysis and designing and implementing experiments to test the hypotheses.
• Automating our weekly and monthly reporting to surface insights and allow us to see the “so what.”

• Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience, ideally in a fintech, tech company, or fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of implementing solutions and delivering results.
• Team Leadership: At least 1 year of experience leading and managing teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Expertise: Strong structured problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in data and analytics tools (required: strong SQL; preferred: strong Python), including data modeling and table structuring for efficiency and usability.
• Execution-Driven Approach: Highly practical and results-oriented, with the ability to translate solutions into tangible business outcomes.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders within dynamic, high-growth environments.
