Job summary

First Circle is a fast-growing Philippine FinTech hiring a Growth Operations Manager to lead New Product launch operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of New Product Operations to translate data into actionable improvements and oversee cross-functional initiatives.

You’ll be comfortable deriving insights from data, partnering with sales and product teams, and delivering practical, scalable solutions in a hybrid setup based in BGC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field.
• 4+ years of work experience in an operations or an analytics role in finance/fintech/tech.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Ability to drive change and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on product performance (new customers, usage, growth, retention).
• Conducting ad hoc analysis and investigations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Designing new solutions to problems that we haven’t solved.
• Refining existing processes to run smoother or faster.
• Executing (and ideally automating) recurring processes.
