Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a Data Analyst III to turn large enterprise datasets into actionable insights. You will design dashboards, automate reporting, and partner with business units to translate data into strategic recommendations.

This role requires 3–5 years of data analysis experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on BI tool expertise with Power BI or Tableau, Databricks, and data quality focus in cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

• Dashboard & Visual Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to enable business users with self-service analytics.

• Advanced Data Analysis: Perform exploratory analysis to uncover hidden trends, run root cause analyses, and track core KPIs.

• Master Data & Quality Support: Profile, validate, and clean master data (Customer, Supplier, Item) to ensure high data accuracy and completeness.

• Platform & Querying: Query, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL and Databricks in cloud environments.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business leaders and Data Engineers to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in data analysis, BI, or corporate analytics.

• BI Tools: Hands‑on expertise building enterprise dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

• Database & SQL: Strong SQL skills to query, transform, and join complex relational datasets.

• Data Quality: Proven background in KPI tracking, data profiling, and performance measurement.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!):

• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

• Familiarity with Master Data Management (Informatica MDM / IDQ).

• Basic Python knowledge for data automation or advanced analytics.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and data warehousing / dimensional modeling.
