Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. seeks a Head of Data & Analytics to lead our data and analytics function and drive a data-driven culture across the organization.

You will define and execute our strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes. You will build scalable data capabilities, enhance governance, advance BI, and leverage AI and predictive analytics to create value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data-related field or analytics.
• 5-8+ years of experience in data, analytics or BI leadership.
• Proven experience leading data and analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality and modern data architecture.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills; Python/R preferred.
• Experience with BI platforms and cloud data platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Data & Analytics to lead our data and analytics function and help drive a stronger data-driven culture across the organization.

In this leadership role, you will define and execute our data and analytics strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

You will play a key role in building scalable data capabilities, strengthening data governance, advancing business intelligence, and identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, BI professionals, data scientists, and data engineers.

• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities.

• Partner with senior leaders to identify business opportunities that can be addressed through data and analytics.

• Establish strong data governance, quality, security, and management practices.

• Oversee the development of scalable data platforms, pipelines, warehouses, and analytical solutions.

• Drive the use of predictive analytics, AI, machine learning, and automation where they can create meaningful business value.

• Ensure data insights are translated into clear recommendations and measurable actions.

• Establish consistent definitions and standards for business metrics and performance reporting.

• Manage the analytics portfolio, priorities, resources, budgets, and external technology partners.

• Promote data literacy and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 5-8+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading and developing data and analytics teams.

• Strong track record of developing and implementing data strategies.

• Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, analytics, and modern data architecture.

• Strong SQL and analytical skills, with experience in Python, R, or similar tools preferred.

• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data technologies.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into business decisions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
