We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Insights Manager to lead the development of data-driven insights that support business strategy, customer understanding, and decision-making. The role will be responsible for transforming complex data and market information into clear, actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business, customer, market, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights, recommendations, and business narratives.
• Develop and monitor reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant analytical support.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Manage research and analytics projects from data gathering and analysis through to presentation of findings.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of reports, analyses, and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve data-driven processes, reporting methodologies, and analytical tools.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective delivery of insights and analytics initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, market developments, and emerging analytics practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business insights, market research, analytics, business intelligence, customer insights, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working with dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in leading or managing a team is an advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
