Job summary

IQ-EQ in the Philippines seeks an experienced ETL/data preparer to handle routine data processing tasks using established procedures. You will perform pre-validation checks, document exceptions, and prepare inputs for senior review, delivering accurate outputs with guidance.

You will manage ETL across data sources, ensure data quality, align with client requirements, and support continuous improvement. Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization familiarity are expected, with collaboration across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, CS, IS, Engineering, Finance or related field with data analysis and ETL experience.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and VBA/Macro.
Solid understanding of MS SQL/Data Warehouse concepts for moderately complex tasks.
Strong communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform ETL activities across routine data sources, preparing, transforming, and validating data per procedures and quality standards.
Prepare recurring report inputs, draft components, and conduct pre-validation with timely escalation of issues.
Maintain understanding of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate deliverables.
Document exceptions, maintain reference files, follow control procedures, and escalate risks as needed.
Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and process improvements by identifying recurring issues.
