Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced data preparer to handle ETL and data processing tasks across diverse data sources. You will perform pre-validation checks, document exceptions, and prepare inputs for senior review, while aligning outputs with client-specific requirements and established procedures.

You will contribute to continuous improvements, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely data and reports. Strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years in data analysis and ETL.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Proficient in MS SQL/Data Warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL across routine data sources, extracting, transforming, and validating data per procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare recurring report inputs, draft components, and conduct pre-validation checks with timely issue escalation.
• Maintain understanding of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.
• Document exceptions, maintain reference files, follow control procedures, and escalate risks per protocol.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and process-improvement discussions to identify recurring issues.
