Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced data preparer to handle ETL and data processing tasks using established procedures. You will validate data, draft inputs for senior review, and grow familiarity with client requirements while delivering accurate outputs with guidance.

You will perform ETL across data sources, prepare report inputs, and support QA by documenting exceptions and following control procedures. Collaboration with internal teams and a focus on process improvements are key aspects of the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, ETL processes, data visualization tools, and Macro/VBA.
• Strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, and analysis including handling complex data.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL activities across routine data sources and ensure data quality per established procedures.
• Prepare recurring report inputs and draft components; conduct pre-validation and discrepancy checks.
• Maintain understanding of client-specific requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Document exceptions, maintain reference files, follow control procedures, and escalate risks per protocol.
• Support process improvements through onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
