Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced ETL/Data Prep specialist to handle a broader range of routine data processing activities, perform pre-validation, and draft inputs for senior review. You will work with established procedures to deliver accurate outputs while supporting continuous improvements.

The role requires working knowledge of data processes, client-specific requirements, and collaboration with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, ETL, data visualization tools, and Macro/VBA.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL activities across routine data sources, preparing, transforming, and validating data per procedures and standards.
• Prepare recurring report inputs, draft components, and conduct pre-validation and discrepancy checks with timely escalation.
• Maintain understanding of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.
• Document exceptions, maintain reference files, follow controls, and escalate risks or non‑standard cases as needed.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and process improvements by identifying recurring issues.
