Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior data analytics and engineering lead to design end-to-end data pipelines, enabling scalable analytics across the organisation.

You will oversee storage, governance, and security standards, collaborating with finance and technology teams to translate complex data into practical business insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in data analytics
• Experience in data engineering and data analytics within large-scale organisations, preferably in financial services
• Strong technical expertise in modern data platforms, including cloud-based solutions, data lakes and data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Dataiku & Tableau
• Expertise in data governance, regulatory compliance and security standards in the financial sector
• Deep understanding of solutions architecture and its application to enterprise-level data systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving results

Job Description

Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics, computer science or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience in data engineering, and data analytics within large-scale organisations, preferably in financial services.
