Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the Philippines is seeking a senior data professional to design, implement and optimise end-to-end data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and reporting across the organisation.

You will enforce data governance, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients’ data, technology and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for complex real estate and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience in data engineering, and data analytics within large-scale organisations, preferably in financial services.
• Strong technical expertise in modern data platforms, including cloud-based solutions, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Dataiku & Tableau.
• Expertise in data governance, regulatory compliance, and security standards in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end data pipelines to improve the integration and processing of data.
• Oversee data storage, transformation, and retrieval processes to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Deliver actionable insights through analytics and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• Implement robust data visualisation frameworks to enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Promote a culture of accountability and best practices around data usage and stewardship.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data architectures, enabling the seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the clients data, technology and business teams to ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.
