Job summary

Star Paper Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, consolidate, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. You will prepare dashboards, analyze sales and operational metrics, and provide actionable insights to management and teams.

You will ensure data integrity, automate reporting, and collaborate across departments to validate data requirements while communicating findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Statistic Mathematics, Information Technology or any related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, including PIVOT TABLES, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Formulas and data visualization.
• Knowledge data analytics tool is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Experience in retail, sales, operations or business analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, clean and validate data from various sources.
• Analyze sales, operational, financial and performance data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or usual variances.
• Conduct date reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data-reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized databases and reporting files.
• Coordinate with different departments to obtain and validate required data.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and understandable manner.
• End sure data accuracy, confidentiality and integrity.
• Perform other data-related tasks as assigned.
