I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
The Data Analyst is responsible collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the company make informed business decision.
The Data Analyst gathers and analyzes business data, prepares reports and dashboards, identifies trends and discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to support management and operational decision-making.
II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, consolidate, clean and validate data from various sources.
- Analyze sales, operational, financial and performance data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or usual variances.
- Conduct date reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data-reporting processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized databases and reporting files.
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain and validate required data.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and understandable manner.
- End sure data accuracy, confidentiality and integrity.
- Perform other data-related tasks as assigned.
III. JOB SPECIFICATION, COMPETENCIES, AND PROFILE
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Statistic Mathematics, Information Technology or any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, including PIVOT TABLES, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Formulas and data visualization.
- Knowledge data analytics tool is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Experience in retail, sales, operations or business analytics is an advantage.
