Duties and Responsibilities

Supply Chain Manager – Analytics leads data-driven initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for translating complex operational data into analytical insights, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable analytical and system solutions. Additionally, the role is in charge of the following:

• Analytics and Insights
  • Develops and maintains supply chain performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI) including fill rate, forecast accuracy, service level, on-time delivery, supplier performance, etc. to provide real-time visibility into business performance
• Systems and Digital Enablement
  • Leads the implementation and optimization of supply chain analytics platforms and reporting solutions while partnering with IT and business stakeholders to leverage emerging technologies that enhance operational planning, agility, and performance.
• Process Improvement
  • Drives reporting automation and digitalization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve data accessibility, and enhance supply chain performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analysis, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python/R)
• Experience with ERP and replenishment systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, JDA WMS, Infor).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
