Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a data analyst to assess core business data, build scalable data models, and create intuitive dashboards for stakeholders.

You will implement data validation, ensure quality, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to translate data requirements into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong SQL background, experience with relational databases and BI tools, and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, IT, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL; Snowflake is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud data services storage such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage.
• Data modeling, schema design, and data analysis concepts with insights from data.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI and Agile/Scrum basics.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, organized, with time management and agile prioritization.

• Assess core business data and establish necessary key indicators and highlights.

• Create efficient and scalable data models to support analytical and operational needs.

• Create easy-to-understand dashboards, highlighting key indicators for each data set presented.

• Implement data validation and quality checks across the data management pipeline.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and the business to understand data requirements and provide them with the necessary data.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer science principles, algorithms, data structures, and software development methodologies.

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL; Snowflake is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud-based data services and storage, such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Google Cloud Storage.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data analysis concepts, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from aggregated and consolidated data.

• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and organized, with strong time management skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in an agile environment.
