Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable business insights. You will develop dashboards and reports to support cross-team decision making and perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends and drivers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions and ensure data quality through rigorous validation and checks. Onsite roles in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
