Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into strategic insights. You will build dashboards and reports, perform ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Looker. Onsite work and a supportive, inclusive environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Preferred experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes; cloud platforms; Agile environments.
