Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience managing data with Access, Excel, or data editors.

Responsibilities

• Handle cancellations and reactivations of RealPage products and services.
• Oversee disabling of each solution and analyze product mix for accuracy.
• Serve as SME/point of contact for product groups and communicate with internal customers.
• Process cancellations in Salesforce, targeting at least 40 cancellations daily.
• Collaborate with Implementations, Customer Success, and Product Management for audits.
• Maintain backlog and coordinate changes with partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver cancellation/reactivation reports to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Manage cancellations inbox and ensure timely inquiries response.
• Periodically review cancellation/reactivation transactions for quality and improvements.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
